Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 125 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g dark chocolate, grated or shredded
  • 1 orange(s), grated peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and sift onto a work surface. Make a well in the center. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, grated orange zest, margarine, chocolate chips, and the egg. Gently knead with your hands until a smooth dough forms. Form the dough into 3 logs and cut each into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices. Flatten slightly with a knife if necessary and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
