Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 pack of flavoring (orange peel)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat the egg with sugar, orange juice, and cream cheese until frothy. Stir in the orange zest and coconut flakes. Using two teaspoons, form dumplings and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C for 15-20 minutes.
