Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 kg schnitzel, quartered
  • 3 large onions, diced
  • 3 cans of mushrooms
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 4 bottles of chili sauce
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 300 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Party dish

Brown the meat and onions in oil and spread them in a large casserole dish. Arrange the mushrooms on top. Mix the cream with the chili sauce and season generously with salt and cayenne pepper. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the dish, sprinkle with Gouda cheese, and bake the schnitzel pot at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
