Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 175 g flour
  • Orange(s) – peel, grated
  • 1 tbsp orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Add the orange zest and orange juice. Carefully stir in the flour. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe equal-sized dots onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 200°C. Let cool, then spread apricot jam on each cookie, two at a time, and stick them together. Then sprinkle with chocolate coating. (The dots shouldn’t be too large or too close together, as they will spread slightly during baking.)
