Ingredients for 50 servings:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 pt. flavoring (orange baking)
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Salt
  • Jam (orange marmalade)
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream, stir in the eggs and sugar. Combine the flour with the baking powder, salt, and orange zest, and fold in. Bake at 175°C for about 8 minutes. (The cookies should only brown around the edges.) Let cool and—if you like—glue two cookies together with orange marmalade and decorate with chocolate glaze. They also taste delicious without marmalade or glaze.
