Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 250 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 200 g butter, soft semi-skimmed butter
- 180 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pack of flavoring (orange peel)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- orange juice
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a dough from the ingredients and let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Bake at approximately 180°C until golden brown. Once cooled, glaze with orange juice and powdered sugar. You can also sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top.
