Orange Cupcakes

The perfect orange cupcakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Cupcakes

  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 g Flour
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Dr. Oetker grated orange peel
  • 70 g Ground almonds

Frosting

  • 2 packet Philadelphia double cream setting
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 125 g Icing sugar
  • 1 packet Dr. Oetker grated orange peel
  • 20 drops Food coloring as desired
  • 5 tablespoon Orange juice
  1. Mix all ingredients together and fill into paper cupcake molds. Molds should be about 3/4 full. Then bake for 25 minutes at 180C. Cream: Mix everything together and apply to the finished and cooled cupcakes with a piping bag. Finally, depending on your taste, you can decorate the cupcakes with, for example, chocolate shavings. Put in a cool place.
