Orange Cupcakes
The perfect orange cupcakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Cupcakes
- 50 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 200 g Flour
- 120 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Dr. Oetker grated orange peel
- 70 g Ground almonds
Frosting
- 2 packet Philadelphia double cream setting
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 125 g Icing sugar
- 1 packet Dr. Oetker grated orange peel
- 20 drops Food coloring as desired
- 5 tablespoon Orange juice
- Mix all ingredients together and fill into paper cupcake molds. Molds should be about 3/4 full. Then bake for 25 minutes at 180C. Cream: Mix everything together and apply to the finished and cooled cupcakes with a piping bag. Finally, depending on your taste, you can decorate the cupcakes with, for example, chocolate shavings. Put in a cool place.
