- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp, str. Curry, Canjun
- 1 pinch(s) sugar
- ½ tsp ginger, freshly grated

Quick dip for fondue or grilled meat
Wash the oranges in hot water, dry them, and finely grate the zest. Juice the oranges. Mix the cream cheese with the orange zest, orange juice, curry powder, finely grated ginger, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar. This can be prepared a day ahead, and leftovers also taste great on bread.
