- 150 g natural yogurt, mild (3.5% fat)
- n. B. Fruits of your choice
- 30 g oat flakes
- Syrup of your choice, for sweetening
Instructions

Mix the natural yogurt with the desired amount of syrup. Add the chopped fruit, top with oat flakes (or other muesli) and serve.
