  • 150 g natural yogurt, mild (3.5% fat)
  • n. B. Fruits of your choice
  • 30 g oat flakes
  • Syrup of your choice, for sweetening

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Low in calories

Mix the natural yogurt with the desired amount of syrup. Add the chopped fruit, top with oat flakes (or other muesli) and serve.
