Orange Granola Cake

The perfect orange granola cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 1 packet Tartar baking powder
  • 200 g Cream / sour cream 20% fat
  • 1 cups Grapeseed oil
  • 300 g Cane sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Muesli flake mix
  • 3 tablespoon Orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon Dried rose petals
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Fat for the shape
  • Sifted powdered sugar
  • 4 Eggs size M
  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  2. Mix the sour cream with the sugar until it has dissolved. Add the eggs and mix. Add the flour with the baking powder, the muesli mixture, the rose petals, the orange zest, the orange liqueur, salt and the grapeseed oil and process into a dough.
