Orange Tahini Cake
The perfect orange tahini cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 0,75 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Orange juice
- 2 Cup Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 0,75 Cup Sesame paste tahini tahini
- 0,75 Cup Sesame or coconut flakes
- First prepare the baking pan: use a brush to generously coat the entire baking pan (square springform pan or 2 box tins) with tahini, put some sesame seeds or coconut flakes in the pan and shake until everything is covered with it. Now put the shape aside.
- Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the mixer to a light foam.
- Stir in the oil, orange juice, flour and baking powder one after the other.
- Add the tahini and stir until the tahini is absorbed, stirring as little as possible at this stage!
- Pour the dough into the prepared baking pan, bake at 160 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
