Ingredients for 50 servings:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 200 g flour
- 60 g cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- Orange(s), grated peel (without orange flavor)
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g butter (sour cream butter)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Christmas cookies
Chop the chocolate. Quickly knead it with the remaining ingredients until a smooth dough forms. Wrap in foil and chill for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan/gas mark 2). Roll out the dough between two layers of baking paper and cut out hearts. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 10 minutes until light brown.
