Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 mushrooms (giant)
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 2 small onions
  • ¼ bunch parsley and chives
  • Herbs, mixed, Italian
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml broth
  • Butter or olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

great on salad or as a side dish

Clean the giant mushrooms and remove the stems. Chop the stems, ham, onions, and herbs. Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté the ham, then add the onions and crushed garlic, and finally the mushroom pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the fresh herbs. Season the mixture with an Italian herb blend or add individual herbs to taste. Bring the broth to a boil briefly, then pour into a wide ovenproof dish. Place the giant mushrooms and stuffing into the dish, cover, and bake in the oven at approximately 180-200 degrees Celsius. After 20-30 minutes (depending on size), the mushrooms can be served on a green salad with baguette.
