Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 kg orange(s)
- 50 g ginger
- 5 cl whiskey
- 1 pack of gelling sugar, 3:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and fillet the oranges. Collect the juice from the filleting process and squeeze out any remaining pulp again. Peel and grate the ginger. Boil the oranges with the sugar and ginger for about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the whiskey, and pour into hot, rinsed glasses. Seal the glasses immediately and turn them upside down.
