Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta of your choice, e.g. tagliatelle
- 2 liters of orange juice
- Water
- Salt

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Salt the water and bring to a boil, then cook the pasta as usual, but only for half the cooking time. Meanwhile, bring the orange juice to a boil. Halfway through the cooking time, drain the pasta and immediately add it to the gently simmering orange juice. Finish cooking. The pasta now has an orange flavor that pairs well with duck breast, chicken, or even schnitzel.
