Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 oranges
- 2 persimmons, ripe
- 30 ml lime juice
- 200 g vanilla yogurt
- 150 ml mineral water
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid
- e.g. lemon balm
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with vanilla yogurt
Peel the persimmons, remove the stems, and finely chop the flesh. They should be perfectly ripe for a full flavor. Segment the oranges, place them in a bowl, and squeeze any remaining juice over the segments. Place the persimmons, orange segments, including the juice, lime juice, and yogurt in a blender and blend until very smooth. Add the honey and mineral water, and blend briefly again. Fill two chilled glasses, garnish with lemon balm, and enjoy immediately.
