Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 3 oranges
- 3 onions
- 10 olives, green
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small can of tuna (185 g), marinated in oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and halve them. Peel and slice the oranges. Peel and slice the onions. Slice the olives. Trim and tear the romaine lettuce into pieces. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix together the vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, paprika, sugar, and garlic. Place the orange slices on a platter. Mix the tuna, eggs, onions, and lettuce with the marinade and spread it over the oranges.
