Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a breakfast to fill you up, suitable for WW

First, peel and core the apple, and cut it into 1-2 cm cubes. Place them in a saucepan with the lemon juice and simmer in the honey for about 10 minutes or less. Then season with cinnamon and sweetener to taste. Meanwhile, combine the milk, sugar, and sweetener in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the semolina while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and, when the semolina porridge is relatively thick, whisk in the orange juice and heat briefly again. Transfer the semolina porridge to a deep plate and add the compote. Sprinkle with cinnamon again if desired. Do not mix the milk with the juice beforehand, as this will cause it to curdle during heating. Therefore, only add the juice after adding the semolina. This portion will keep you full for a long time and has a total of only 5.5 WW points.
