Ingredients for 60 servings:
- 100 g marzipan – raw mass
- 125 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 orange(s), peel
- 150 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the marzipan and butter. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and orange zest. Stir in the flour and cornstarch. Fill a piping bag with a smooth nozzle and pipe two 5cm-long strips of batter onto a greased baking sheet, placing them side by side with a third strip on top. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 8 minutes. Drizzle with the chocolate glaze.
