Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 60 ml orange juice
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, sugar, butter, egg yolks, and salt and line a cake tin with it. Pull the pastry up around the edges. Pierce holes in the pastry with a fork and then bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Shortly before the end of the baking time, put 250 ml of orange juice, butter, and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with 60 ml of juice, 2 egg yolks, and 2 eggs until no lumps remain. Then stir the pudding mixture into the hot juice and bring to a boil again. Now fold in the yogurt and spread everything over the shortcrust pastry base. Now just let the cake cool.
