Oreo banana bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 120 g coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Oreo cookies

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mash the bananas with a fork. Mix with the vanilla sugar, coconut oil, and eggs for 2-3 minutes using a hand mixer. Stir in the yogurt. Then stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold 3/4 of the Oreo cookies into the batter. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and cover with the remaining cookies. Bake in the middle rack of an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
