Orange-grapefruit lemonade with and without herbs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 grapefruit(s)
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 1 ½ liters of mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Juice the oranges and grapefruit. Add the rosemary to the juice and let it steep overnight. The next day, pour over approximately 1-1.5 liters of sparkling water. Alternatively, you can use a combination of thyme and rosemary instead of rosemary and let it steep. Or, without the herbs, with a little more orange juice.
