Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 points cookie(s) (Oreo cookies)
  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 3 ½ tbsp butter
  • 5 tsp powdered sugar
  • ¾ tsp vanilla extract

quick and easy to make, no baking required

First, crush 16 cookies in a bowl. Then add the melted butter to the crushed cookie mixture and stir in. The resulting mixture forms the base and is poured into a pan. Gently press the mixture down a little and spread it evenly. Then, whip the whipped cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and add a little bit of vanilla extract. Then, mix the cream cheese and whipped cream until smooth. Then, stir 6-8 cookies, crushed by hand, into this mixture. Spread the finished mixture evenly over the cookie base. Then, quarter the remaining Oreo cookies and scatter them on top of the cake as decoration, until it is completely covered. The cake must now be refrigerated for about 2 1/2 hours.
