Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g quark
  • 1 small jar of morello cherries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • some milk
  • 6 cookies (Oreos)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Simple and lightning fast

Mix the quark with milk, sugar, a little cherry juice from the jar, and the desired amount of cherries until creamy. First, coarsely crumble three biscuits into each dessert glass and drizzle with a little cherry juice from the jar. Now add the cherry quark and another layer of biscuit crumbs, layering as high as desired. Garnish with cherries, biscuits, and cherry juice.
