Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 cookies (Oreo)
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 100 g chocolate, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Black & White

Blend the cookies with the cream cheese until smooth, then shape them into about 12 small balls (the mixture will often still be very sticky). Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place them in the freezer for 10 minutes. Just before removing the balls, melt the white chocolate in a saucepan over a pan of simmering water. Then remove the cookie balls from the freezer, pierce one with a skewer, dip it in the white chocolate, and then place it back on the baking sheet. Repeat this process with all the balls, then return the baking sheet to the freezer. They also make a great gift.
