Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp rum, approximately, season to taste!
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 350 g chocolate, grated
  • 200 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well (carefully add the rum, season to taste). Chill. Form into small balls. You may want to refrigerate the mixture from time to time to make them easier to shape. Then roll the balls in the chocolate sprinkles. Store the rum balls in the refrigerator.
