Mango-Papaya-Raspberry Lassi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 papaya
  • 1 can of mango(s), sweetened, approx. 450 ml
  • 150 g raspberries
  • some ginger, fresh
  • 500 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 packet of vanilla powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

refreshingly simple – simply refreshing

Peel and pit the papaya and mango, then chop them. Reserve the mango water. Finely dice the ginger. Blend the papaya and mango flesh together with the raspberries and ginger until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and the mango water and blend again. Serve the finished drink in an iced glass.
