Oriental Meatballs Based on Italian Model

  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 5 El Olive oil
  • 600 g Minced meat
  • 1 Egg M
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 400 g Chunky tomatoes
  • 100 ml Meatsoup
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt, pepper, dried oregano
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  1. Peel the onions and garlic and dice finely. Sweat half of it in 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix the minced meat and egg. Add enough breadcrumbs until the mass can be shaped well. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into balls and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil. Then take it out.
  2. Sweat the washed and diced peppers together with the remaining onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add paprika and tomatoes. Pour in the broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Add meatballs, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano and cayenne pepper.
  3. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. Serve with the sauce.
