Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can chickpeas (approx. 400 g)
- 2 tbsp mint, chopped
- 1 lime(s), untreated
- 2 pinches of ground cumin
- 6 tbsp oil
- 9 tbsp natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 300 g ribbon pasta, narrow (if possible)
- salt water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain the chickpeas thoroughly. Wash and drain the lime, then finely grate the zest. Squeeze out the juice. Combine all ingredients except the pasta in a large enough bowl and mix thoroughly. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and add. Let stand for about 30 minutes.
