Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g nougat
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 200 ml whole milk
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 150 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Puree the strawberries with the sugar. Stir in the yogurt, lemon juice, and whole milk. Whip the cream and fold it in. Chill the ice cream mixture thoroughly and pour it into the ice cream maker. Heat the nougat with the milk chocolate and mix. 5 minutes before the ice cream is ready, pour the chocolate mixture into the ice cream mixture in a thin stream. Let the ice cream finish.
