Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 350 ml milk
- 430 g flour
- Oil, for frying
- 3 tbsp margarine
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 ½ liters of meat broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Pancake soup
For the pancakes, combine eggs, milk, and flour into a smooth batter. Heat oil in a pan and cook the pancakes. Heat margarine in a saucepan and add flour. Lightly fry the flour, then deglaze with the stock. Bring to a boil, then tear the pancakes into small pieces and add them.
