Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp fenugreek, ground
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp bay leaf, dried, crushed
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp thyme, dried, crushed
- 1 tsp marjoram, dried, crushed
- 1 tsp rosemary, dried, crushed

from ground ingredients
Add the individual spices spoonful by spoonful into a clean screw-top jar and mix. You can do this either with a spoon or screw on the lid and shake vigorously. This spice is enough for 5-8 uses. Tip: Mustard flour is available in Arab or Turkish shops. If you can’t find any, simply grind the appropriate amount of mustard seeds in a mortar. Do the same with fenugreek. For bay leaves, only take one leaf and grind it.
