Oven-baked broccoli with almonds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 50 g almond sticks
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple, great side dish

Divide the broccoli into roughly equal-sized florets. Finely slice the garlic cloves and place them in a large bowl along with the broccoli florets and almonds. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix well. Spread everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven). Remove the broccoli from the oven as soon as the florets begin to brown slightly.
