Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ butternut squash
- n. B. Peanut oil, approx. 2 tbsp, possibly more or less
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Do not peel the pumpkin halves, remove the seeds, and cut the pumpkin into approximately 2 cm thick pieces. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush with peanut oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15-20 minutes.
