Bombay curry sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 500 ml cream
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • 1 ½ tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roughly chop the onion, apple, pineapple, and banana. Heat the clarified butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent. Now add the fruit and curry powder, and sauté gently. Add 500 ml of cream and simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Purée everything with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper.
