Oven-baked vegetables with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Low-carb

Cut the onions, peppers, and tomatoes into slightly larger pieces and arrange them in a baking dish. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Then form into small balls and place them on top of the vegetables in the baking dish. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Drizzle a little olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 35 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables.
