Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions, red
- 2 zucchinis
- 3 spring onions
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 500 g gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
- 4 tbsp garlic oil
- 200 g feta cheese
- Herbs, frozen or fresh
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
One Sheet Recipe
Spread the gnocchi on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Wash the vegetables, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and add them to the gnocchi. Chop or break the feta cheese into small pieces. Mix the garlic oil with the herbs. Spread everything on the baking sheet, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 25-30 minutes.
