Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large cauliflower
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, wash, and steam for about 5 minutes. Then toss in olive oil and finely grated garlic, season with salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish. Bake the cauliflower in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Tip: If you like, you can also sprinkle the cauliflower with cheese and strips of ham before baking.
