- 1 apple
- 1 orange(s)
- n. B. Yoghurt, (vanilla yoghurt)
- possibly vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the banana and orange, core the apple, cut everything into smaller pieces, and blend it with the other ingredients. If you prefer less vitamin-rich food and don’t want the small pieces of apple peel, you can also peel the apple first. It’s the perfect filling breakfast or midday snack.
