Oven Slip with Cherries
The perfect oven slip with cherries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Morello cherries glass
- 6 Pc. Milk roll
- 300 g Cream
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Drain the cherries, pluck the milk rolls into pieces and place in a bowl. Pour cream over, soak for 5 minutes.
- Separate eggs. Stir the vanilla pulp, sugar and egg yolks into the bread roll mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
- Grease the baking dish with butter. Pour the bread roll mixture into the pan, smooth it out. Top with cherries. Bake for 50 minutes.
