Oven Slip with Cherries

The perfect oven slip with cherries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Morello cherries glass
  • 6 Pc. Milk roll
  • 300 g Cream
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Drain the cherries, pluck the milk rolls into pieces and place in a bowl. Pour cream over, soak for 5 minutes.
  2. Separate eggs. Stir the vanilla pulp, sugar and egg yolks into the bread roll mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  3. Grease the baking dish with butter. Pour the bread roll mixture into the pan, smooth it out. Top with cherries. Bake for 50 minutes.
