Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg poultry meat, in cubes
  • 500 g onion(s), diced
  • 1 small can of pineapple, with juice
  • 1 gr. can/n mushrooms, with juice
  • 1 can peas, with juice
  • 1 jar tomato peppers, with juice
  • 1 can of corn
  • 250 g curry ketchup
  • 200 g chili sauce
  • ½ liter cream
  • ½ liter of water
  • 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • Vegetable stock powder, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

delicious party soup, not for calorie counters

Layer everything on top of each other in a roasting pan or large pot. Place in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for one hour. Stir, and you’re done. Tip: It’s not necessary, but I sear the meat first; it tastes even better.
