Crispy Peas

The perfect crispy peas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Chili peppers
  • 1 pinch Curry
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper

Preheat oven to 220 degrees!

  1. Drain the chickpeas in a colander and place in a bowl.
  2. Add the oil with salt and the desired herbs and stir well until everything is well mixed.
  3. Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, depending on how crispy they are. Move the chickpeas back and forth in between!
  4. Let it cool down and then start nibbling!
