Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
  • 300 g smoked ham, cut into pieces, fried and cooled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 10 minutes

Layered salad

Layer all ingredients in a large bowl in the order listed and let stand overnight. Then stir thoroughly and serve.
