Owl Cake Pop

- 50 g Soft butter
- 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon Milk

Cake pop
- Crumble the cake with both hands and work it into a smooth dough with the soft butter and powdered sugar
- If the dough is too crumbly, add something to it, the dough must roll well without disintegrating or sticking.
- Now small balls of about 12 pieces, press them flat in your hand and let them taper towards the bottom.
- For the ears, press in the upper middle a little and shape the dough upwards.
- Now put the owls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

- Carefully melt the cure in a water bath, dip the cake pop stick at the top and then stick it in the middle of the owl and pour everything a little cold again.
- Now dip the cake pops in the cure, let them drip off a little and put them in the holes of a kitchen sieve and let them dry.
- Just before they are dry, attach the eyes, hearts as feet and bow and an almond as a nose and let everything dry well.
