Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pepper(s) (Pimientos de Padron)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinch(s) sea salt (fleur de sel)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peppers, roasted and caramelized
Heat the oil in a pan, add the sugar, and let it caramelize. Add the washed peppers and fry for a few minutes until the skin turns slightly gray. Remove the peppers, arrange them nicely on a plate, and sprinkle with sea salt.
