Herb and quark spread with vegetables

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch mixed herbs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • n. B. vegetables, e.g. cucumber, peppers, radishes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A must at any brunch

Mix the quark, mayonnaise, and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and finely chop the herbs. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean the vegetables, peel if necessary, and finely dice them. Stir everything into the quark mixture and season again.
