Pak choi salad with papaya

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g pak choi, mini
  • ¼ small papaya
  • 2 tbsp almonds, roasted
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp blackcurrant vinegar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and cut the pak choi into strips. Peel, deseed, and finely dice the papaya. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Mix the pak choi with the papaya and the dressing, place in bowls, and sprinkle with almonds.
