Pak Choi salad with tomatoes, tuna and quinoa

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pak choi
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp quinoa, cooked
  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • 1 tbsp oil, mild
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the bok choy and cut into strips. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and quarter them. Drain the can of tuna. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Toss the bok choy with the tomatoes, quinoa, and tuna, along with the dressing. Alternatively, layer all the ingredients individually on plates and simply drizzle with the dressing.
