Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 150 g flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 cup(s) water, lukewarm
  • Oil for frying
  • possibly chili powder
  • possibly pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Combine all other ingredients (except the oil) in a blender and blend until smooth. (The mixture shouldn’t be too thin, so you may need to add a little more flour if necessary.) Let the mixture stand for half an hour. Add the oil to the deep fryer and heat it up. Then dip the potato slices in the flour mixture and place them in the deep fryer.
