Palm Sausages with Potato Salad

The perfect palm sausages with potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 piece Jacket potatoes
  • 1 piece Egg – raw
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Roulade mustard from Löwensenf
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Herb vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Remoulade
  • 1 tablespoon Chives rolls
  • 3 Few Wiener sausages
  • 500 Milliliters Deep-Frying fat (mainly vegetable fat)
  1. Cut the jacket potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Make a sauce from egg, mustard, vinegar, onion and tartar sauce.
  3. Add the potato cubes to the sauce, fold in carefully and season with salt and pepper. Put in the fridge to steep.
  4. Let the salad reach room temperature 15 minutes before eating.
  5. Let the frying fat get hot. Cut the sausages in half. One turn and cut again. This creates 4 “arms”.
  6. Put it in the hot fat and leave it there until the “arms” bend a little. Take it out, let it drain on paper towels and serve with the potato salad. Not only children taste it :)))
